There are fine possibilities of kayaking in a sea-going kayak, both in the Liim Fiord from places like Lemvig or Gjellerodde and in the North Sea – weather permitting! – from a place like Ferring.

For more information, contact Vestjysk-Kajak (Western Jutland Kayaking), which organizes introductory courses, basic courses lasting a weekend and day trips.

Lemvig Rowing Club next to Lemvig Marina also has a kayaking department offering instruction courses.
